Declaration

By booking, I give permission for my child to attend a Minis Netball League (Delivered by Minis Netball Ltd) This includes Leagues, Residential camps, tournaments, coaching sessions & virtual activities delivered online. and I consent to any emergency medical treatment where necessary.

Refunds & Cancellations

If a participant or team withdraws 7 days or less before the event is due to take place, refunds will not be made. A credit note will be provided in the unlikely event of the fixture being cancelled, for example for adverse weather.  However, we will aim to rearrange the fixtures to a date at the end of the current season. If a team does not renew at the end of the season, a refund will not be given in place of the credit note.

Health & Safety

A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue. Minis Netball will have at least one qualified first aider on site at our events.

Chaperone for children under 16

At least one parent helper must remain with your team throughout the fixtures and oversee your team throughout. Teams should not be left without a parent overseeing them. The parent helper is solely responsible for the safe drop off/collection of your team members.

Photography

Photographs may be taken of participants during Minis Netball Leagues to be used for promotional material.
If a participant has strong views about not having their image publicised, they need to state this on the registration form when signing up for the league.
All photographs will be stored securely and no names will be used in this storage or when used in promotions.  For more information please check our Privacy Policy

Insurance & Liability

Minis Netball Leagues is delivered by Minis Netball Ltd. The company has Public Liability insurance for a limit of indemnity of £5,000,000.
Minis Netball Ltd cannot be held responsible for any act, omission or loss or damage unless proven to be caused by Minis Netball’s negligence. Minis Netball Ltd does not accept responsibility for events which are outside of our direct control.

Personal Property

Unfortunately, our staff do-not have the facilities to store valuable items securely at any of our sites and therefore it is important that you ensure you do not bring valuable belongings to any of our leagues. Minis Netball Ltd will accept no liability for loss, damage, vandalism or theft of personal property owned by you or your child during Minis Netball event.
We will operate a lost property system but we cannot guarantee the return of lost items. To allow us to return your lost property, please ensure that all personal items, including all clothing, are clearly labelled.

Child Protection & Safeguarding

Minis Netball Ltd operates a zero tolerance policy to discrimination or bullying of any kind. Every participant involved in an Minis Netball event is of equal value and entitled to equal access of opportunity.

Data Protection

Minis Netball Ltd may have other activities running and so we will use your details to inform you of some of our events. We also work with some third parties and will inform you of offers we feel are relevant. Please let us know if you do not want to receive this information.
